All products on the Calming Colour website come with low delivery costs, allowing you to shop and seeing all costs on one page at the checkout displayed. 

Whether it’s a small token of affection in the form of a greeting card or a significant piece of framed art to brighten your space, the price you see is all-inclusive.

Shipping Process

Dispatch Times:

  • Your Order will be checked then submitted into Production, whereby the creation of your custom card will be completed within 24 -48 hours. 
  • Once your Order clears Production it will be shipped via Royal Mail (with Tracking Number) to your chosen address within 2-4 Business Days. 
  • During peak periods, processing times may vary.

Shipping Times:

  • Once dispatched, shipping times will depend on your location but generally take between 2-4 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping times vary by destination.

Separate Shipments:

  • As mentioned, Greeting Cards are shipped separately from other items such as Art Posters, Framed Art, and Gifts. This is to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery of all your items. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order includes a variety of products.
  • ARTWORK NOTE : Due to the different dimensions of each Artwork Item, shipping will be automatically calculated on weights/dimensions and delivery cost will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, if applicable or available from the shipping/delivery company. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep. Please note that tracking availability can vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
